About the event
Join local yoga instructor and Funky Calm jewelry designer, Melissa, in this two hour Heart Chakra themed event. This workshop will include a heart-chakra-focused Yin style yoga class, followed by a workshop using beautiful, high quality gemstones to make your very own Mala bracelet for the heart chakra. You will learn the history and meaning of the gems, and how to incorporate them into your daily life in a meaningful way.
Register with Healing Wishes and pick your preferred class time: 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm.
