This workshop will include a heart-chakra-focused Yin style yoga class, followed by a workshop using beautiful, high quality gemstones to make your very own Mala bracelet for the heart chakra. You will learn the history and meaning of the gems, and how to incorporate them into your daily life in a meaningful way.
