About the event

Cost $15 (drop-in)

Every Saturday.  Open to all! 

There is no such thing as "I cannot meditate".  We have helped many learn to meditate.  We all have to start somewhere :)

Classes will vary week by week, depending on the energy of the group, i.e., chanting, drumming, mantras, etc.  Please come dressed comfortably and ready to shift and heal!!!
