About the event
The stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms many of us experience may be alleviated by essential oils as they have the ability to calm and reduce anxiety due to their soothing, quieting and calming properties.
Join me for this 90 min hands-on workshop to work with these various oils to create your own personalized blend for your needs. All materials provided.
