About the event
Cost $15 Every Saturday. Open to all! Chanting Meditation uses sound to produce altered states of consciousness. Sound is healing. Meditations include chants of sacred words, spoken in Sanskrit. It involves relaxation and a willingness go within. Chanting mantras stimulates the endocrine system. Please come dressed comfortably and ready to shift and heal!!!
