About The Event

There is no such thing as "I cannot meditate". Â We have helped many learn to meditate. Â We all have to start somewhere :)
Classes will vary week by week, depending on the energy of the group, i.e., chanting, drumming, mantras, etc. Â Please come dressed comfortably and ready to shift and heal!!!
