Chanting Meditation uses sound to produce altered states of consciousness. Sound is healing. Meditations include chants of sacred words, spoken in Sanskrit. It involves relaxation and a willingness go within.
Chanting mantras stimulates the endocrine system.
Please come dressed comfortably and ready to shift and heal!!! A group chat to follow each class.
